Nice atmosphere and beautiful graphics, so credit for that. But very disappointing gameplay. I thought this game would be like this game where you're a ball of hail growing bigger and bigger.

BeardshakerGames responds:

Hi, thanks for the 'half' credit :). The gameplay is to small, you're right. We tried to integrate music, graphics and gameplay as equal parts, without having one part dominating another. It seems, that we have to put more effort in the gameplay aspects next time.

Looks good, but I think the art-game "where am I" thing has been overdone to the point that it looks like a joke now!

Interesting game, but I cannot finish it due to the dropdown list bugs!

I'm in level 7 about Australia video games. First I was totally confused, I only saw the first 6 options of every dropdown and thought those were really the only ones provided.

Then I read your comment in NG saying that you need to use arrows in the dropdowns. That is already not normal: normally dropdowns have a scrollbar in that case.

But then, if I press the arrow key, all 4 dropdowns change their option at the same time to the new one! That makes it impossible to complete the game.

Please fix those dropdowns dude! I'm pretty sure Flash must support better dropdowns. Try to figure out what the bug in your code is and fix it? Thanks!

I really like the design of the game, so it's a shame I can't give more stars...

tjubert responds:

Sadly this isn't a flash thing - it's a crappy feature of the drag and drop package I'm using. No way that I know to fix it.

I really like the art and the puzzles! Nice work. The character art could have been a bit better.

Strange that this game reached frontpage while still under judgement. But it looks justified!

I like the pixel art graphics of the houses and such. But I don't really like the game itself...

Fun game, except for the following two things: it lags quite hard on my 4-core 3.4GHz with 16GB RAM computer, Flash can be faster than this! And, there's this upgrade where you get parachutists from helicopters or so, but these seem to be more a downgrade than an upgrade to me! These parachutists just bop around instead of dying, creating extra things that make it harder to get all stars.

I find this game hignly underrated. It's great. I kind of saw the ending coming, but it was still well executed.

Neat game! Quite hard, but that's a good thing. The music is a bit repetitive (very short loop).

The game is really nicely made, with a great concept, it has upgrades, good graphics and music. However the hammer control was annoying, tiring to the wrist, I wish you could just press the left and right arrow keys to pound the hammer, I stopped playing in the middle of the game due to this...

Hmm, sort of not really my style I guess, the game looked really good from the description, but the story sort of goes too fast and random for me. First you're catching a bus for school, suddenly somethings trange happens and you're way older and in some other state, I don't really get it...

FrozenFire responds:

Totally agree with you on the speed of the stories. If I wasn't so rushed that's probably the first thing I would have done was increased the clarity from one game to the next to make it more understandable. I don't think I would have changed the preposterous nature of the game though, it seems to be a big draw for a lot of people.
