I like the art at atmosphere of the game. However, I also didn't like the flip screen, the art would have looked better with normal orientation, and the controls more fun. A single flip screen for the novelty might have been OK, but not the whole game. For the rest the concept was nice, you could make a longer game like this!

Not bad, I like the graphics and some of the silliness (humor). It was a bit short though, maybe it could continue on with finding this Jacqueline?

Nice! Played through it 3 times, the third time I had it in 9 days but could have gotten it in 8 if I wouldn't have made one mistake...

I want MOAR of this game! MOAR bosses, MOAR upgrades, MOAR days, MOAR bullets!

Interesting game, though very short. I was looking for multiple endings but it seems not to have these. I saw you made a level editor for this game, though seeing how small the level is, I'm hoping you made that level editor for future games with larger levels! :D

Fun, pretty addictive! Nice game.

My suggestions for improvement: the ability to buy multiple mining trucks after a while. The ability to make towns people work for you (what else are these booming towns doing here?). More dwelling styles for people, like high rise residential buildings, ... (at least I didn't see any, with 2000 people).

Pretty good and well designed! Nitrome games always look awesome.

The level design was good for me, except that I don't really like it when a level requires repeating the same thing twice, first in one direction, then in the opposite direction, and that concept was abused quite often here.

I like it, the game is pretty well polished. How did you add 16000 endgame problems? Do these come from a database somewhere? I cannot imagine a single author adding 16000 endgame problems!

My only complaint is: the computer doesn't look that smart. I think some endgame problems are only possible because the computer makes a bad move, so the puzzle is about a chess problem involving a bad computer rather than perfect problems. E.g. the first problem of "beginner": if the computer were smarter, I think it could always prevent you from winning in 2 moves. Is that correct?

Hey, the game's not bad. Some funny taunts and story.

But what's up with the "file too big so need to open in new window" thing? I've seen games and movies with way more graphics, music and dialogues all stuffed in one Flash file on Newgrounds, so surely this can't be a problem?

I love this game. I played through it twice. I like the depth and the freedom to do things in any order. The music is good too, if a bit repetitive. Some tracks reminded me of the music style of StarCraft 1.

The bosses could have been a bit more interesting though imho. Most bosses don't really require a lot of strategy, they just float there doing nothing, most don't shoot anything, and those that do are easy to avoid. In some cases you could even get infinite money and never die by just going to the left and right of the screen, keeping the x key depressed, and get money from all the side-enemies of the boss coming from the top of the screen.

It would have been cool if there were multiple endings.

So hehe, my text about the bad parts was longer than the text about the good parts, but my 5 star score should show how awesome I find the game! :)

This is truly a classic. The second installment of a classic.
